Using the Wonderworks

Birthday Wonderworks provides online interactive birthday experiences. There are no physical products, printable products or downloadable kits, and nothing is shipped.

The public site, the demo world and the contributor walkthrough are open to everyone without an account.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you and your contributors add: messages, memories, photographs, audio, video and predictions.

You grant us only the permission needed to store that content and display it inside the birthday experience you created.

You confirm you have permission to include other people's photographs, recordings and words.

Acceptable use

Birthday worlds are for celebration. Content that harasses, threatens, demeans or endangers anyone is not permitted, and we may remove it.

Do not use the platform to distribute unlawful material, malware or spam, and do not attempt to access another person's birthday world.

Our material

The Birthday Wonderworks name, the department and world concepts, the writing, the artwork and the interface are ours. Please do not copy or resell them.

Availability

We work hard to be ready on the day, because a birthday cannot be rescheduled. Even so, the service is provided as is and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Demonstration content

Sample worlds, the builder preview, newspapers, fortunes and archive timelines shown on this site use fictional people and mock data for illustration.
